worst everrr with too many unsolved issues
Good
After using new mobile with android version (9) I can't even open the app and I am receiving the following message "This app was built for an older version of Android and my not work properly. Try checking for updates or contact the developer" with no updates available. Kindly advise.
The worst application you can see in your life.... and the height of underestimating the customers of a bank that is supposed to be a respectable bank And maybe I stopped my dealings with this bank because of its insistence on failing and wasting customers' time

Its awful.. it's not working well
شئ في منتهى الخزي والعار ، انا طلبت من خدمة العملاء تفعيل اني افعل M_ token خدمة جهاز رموز الأمان قبل ما اسافر ب ٣ أيام وانا قاعد مع موظف خدمة العملاء قالي هتحمل التطبيق وتتبع التعليمات ومن اول خطوة طلب مني الرقم السري اللي بيستخدم لمرة واحدة ولكن دون جدوى ولم تصل لي اي رسالة . مفيش مصداقية ولا احترام لراغبات العملاء ولا توفير خدمة كويسة، وبحاول اتصل من خارج مصر لكن للأسف دون جدوى او رد. انا ندمان اني فتحت حساب في البنك الأهلي القطري من الاول.
